Hi there,
Was wondering if you could help me, I did yoga a number of years ago, and since have had a child whom is now at school, I would so love to get back into yoga again, tried it at a school nearby last year, and the class was so big, that didn’t feel I was gaining anything from it, it also brought on some anxiety, which confused me as before I had got such peace from yoga, was wondering if u could recommend anything for me??

Hi Nicky, Sorry that it has taken a while for me to reply to your comment. I would suggest experimenting with several different Yoga classes until you find one that you are comfortable with. Most teachers will let you try their class out before committing to paying for a term. You maybe felt anxious because you weren’t enjoying the class, and didn’t feel comfortable. Are there other Yoga teachers near you that you could try? Catharine.
