Meditation resources

This term we are using visual aids to help develop concentration skills which in turn will help develop meditation skills. The Guardian currently has three guides to meditation which you can use to help you practice at home:

1. How to meditate

2. Three parts of meditation

3. Ten steps to meditation

Tens steps to mediation uses diagrams to explain the process.

From my point of view I think diagrams are really useful for something like meditation where you don’t want to read through lots of instructions and ruin your concetration.  But what do you think about this approach?
